Manisha Kumari Gupta is an Assistant Professor of Law at Balaji School of Law, specializing in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. She earned her BBA LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Amity Law School, Noida, and completed her LL.M. from Chanakya National Law University, Patna.
As a dedicated academician, she teaches courses such as Law of Contracts and Constitutional Law for LL.B. (3 years), and Law and Legal Methods for BA LL.B. and BBA LL.B. (5 years). Manisha also serves as the faculty-In Charge of the Legal Aid Clinic, where she leads initiatives to provide legal support to underprivileged communities.
Prior to joining academia, she worked as a Legal Consultant for the Appellate Authority of the Education Department, Government of Bihar. In this role, she was instrumental in assisting and drafting orders for Bihar Sanskrit and Madarsa Education Board.
Her research interests lie in the intersection of law and technology, with notable publications such as a paper on the ‘National and International Response to Threats to the Right to Privacy in the Digital Age,’ which was featured in the special edition of the National Journal for Legal Research and Innovative Ideas.
