Ateet Parihar is an Assistant Professor at Balaji School of Law, Sri Balaji University, Pune. He holds a BALLB (Hons) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, LLM in Intellectual Property Rights from the National Law University & Judicial Academy, Assam, and is currently pursuing his PhD at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. Before joining academia, Mr. Parihar worked as an in-house counsel in a Public Limited Company. Apart from his passion for teaching, Mr. Parihar is an avid legal researcher. His scholarly work extends to research on the ethical and legal implications of Artificial Intelligence, with several published papers and presentations at national and international conferences. With a strong background in intellectual property law, Mr. Parihar has contributed to the academic community through organizing moot court competitions and legal workshops. His career reflects a dedication to teaching and research, especially in the intersection of law and technology.
