Bio

Dr. Kiran Dagadu Shinde is an experienced academic and administrator, currently serving as the In-charge Principal and Assistant Professor at Balaji School of Law, Sri Balaji University Pune. He has over 13 years of teaching experience, specializing in subjects such as Criminal Law, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law. Dr. Shinde holds a Ph.D. in Law from The Department of Law, the savitaribai Phule Pune University of Pune, with a research focus on E-Governance initiatives in India.

He has extensive administrative experience, including handling accreditation processes, admissions, and organizing national seminars. As the former In-charge Principal at HRSPM’s SHM Law College. Dr. Shinde is a published author with research on various legal topics, including LGBT rights, cybercrime, and gender justice.

He is also actively involved in university examination processes and has delivered lectures at prestigious institutions, such as National Law University, Mumbai, and Centre for Police Research, Pune. Dr. Shinde continues to contribute to academic development through seminars and faculty development programs.
