Bio

Dr. Asha Atul Karbhar (Shinde) is a seasoned lecturer and finance professional with over 13 years of experience in teaching and academics. Based in Pune, she is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Balaji School of Law, Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP).

Her academic journey includes teaching positions at reputed institutions such as Indrayani Mahavidyalaya, ASM’s Institute of Business Management and Research, and ASM’s College of Commerce, Science, and IT. She has taught a wide range of subjects, including Accounts, Marketing, Cost and Works Accounting, and Finance.

Dr. Karbhar holds a Ph.D. from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, and has published several research papers on topics like green marketing, credit card usage, and the impact of GST.

In addition to her academic pursuits, she has a rich extracurricular background. She is a state-level Kho-Kho athlete and coach, a state-level cricket player, and a recognized Marathi writer. Her dedication and excellence have been acknowledged with awards such as the “Best Teacher” (2023) by Rajya Yuva Parishad, Pune, and “Best Lecturer” (2021) by Step Academy, Pune.
